         Stay Within The Boundaries of My Physical and Mental Ablilities
         Trying  To Arrange Communications With A Customer Service
         Representative  Who Thinks I am Mentally Deranged.  But Little Does
         He Knows,The Only Way Anyone Gets To the Point Of Understanding
         That I Do Then They will Have To Arrange To Beat The Odds Of Old
         Foagy-Ness.  Which Is Nonsense.....If I Should Die Before This Time of
         Understanding,  Then It Was Lack Of True Care and Understanding That
         Killed Me Along With Lack of  HUMAN      CARE
